Car battery voltage stabilizer

Has anyone ever used one of these? Does it do anything at all? They are cheap and looks easy to install, but it sounds like snake oil or one of those $69 perfoermance chips.

You would probably be better off with a grounding kit. For that price, I think you would be shipped an empty box...just strikes me as odd.

Now that's a stretch... I agree parts like these are scams, however the "voiding the warranty" nonsense is not needed.
