car height adjustment not responding

Car height does not adjust when I press the button when parked, Is there a setting that prevents car height adjustment or is it malfunction? When I press Sports, the light comes on but I don't feel car lowering, I also see on the center display w/ the arrows. Car constantly stay in normal height mode when I press button.

does it change height when you toggle it on an off?

also can you feel the difference in shifting and steering when in sports mode?

Likely the car will lower when it is in motion. Measure the wheel arch height before you place it in sport mode, then measure it again after you've driven for at least ten seconds or so.

On my 2011 Equus, the car needs to be in neutral to adjust the height when stopped otherwise you need to be moving for it to work.
