A couple of months ago a forum member recommended a site run by 2 guys that had excellent information related to the aging of the cars at the dealer lots among other things.
I cannot the site’s name/URL.

Nope.
It was a website run by two guys, probably brothers that had great info on the cars sitting on the lots for free. If you wanted more detailed info, there was a cost to it.
 
Regardless, check out CarEdge.com. The site, which has a free and a paid tier, is run by a father/son duo and has similar information.

Yeah, that sure sounds like CarEdge.com, which is great. They have an excellent YouTube channel and also a great web site. When I was purchasing my GV60 I signed up for the paid tier of CarEdge for a couple of months, for a total of $20. I was blown away by how much excellent information they had and how well it was presented.
