  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hey guys, I'm a proud owner of a 2015 genesis 5.0 and I think it's time to make some upgrades. I'm looking to put bags on the car, get exhaust cutouts, and possibly even a wrap. If you guys have any thoughts or suggestions please let me know. Also, if anyone is in the Atlanta area or knows any good shops in the Atlanta area that can help me with finding and installing these parts, please let me know. Thanks

search, I started a thread long ago with the information you seek.

Keep me posted on what you do to the exhaust. I'm from GA.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
I am also interested in qtp cutouts but what is holding me back is would it void the awesome warranty?

I talked to my service advisor and he said that it wouldn't affect the warranty. They just wouldn't cover the cutout.

Any reputable, honest, decent dealership will not void your warranty for these bolt-on upgrades.

If something happened to the engine an they can pinpoint the root cause was the exhaust, would that void the warranty?

I think that's only if you add aftermarket headers to the car. There shouldn't be an issue otherwise.

Get your car serviced at a mod friendly dealer to avoid the hassle. There's a Hyundai dealer 40 minutes from me that serviced a few turbo Genny coupes. They know what to look and ask for. You can always call and ask too.
