Car Wash problems G80 2021

I tried going to a car wash today with my Genesis G80 2021. – new Touchless Car wash– they now require the owner to stay in car while washing.

I was told to put the car in neutral and take my foot off the brake.

They were not able to get the car to move on the tracks on the car wash.
They ended up having to put the car in drive with a driver of theirs.

How do I solve this problem?

What did I do wrong?

If your car has the Auto Hold feature, turn it off. It activates the brakes when you are stopped and release the brake pedal.

I very seldom use auto hold.
When I shift to Neutral, my 2021 G80 will roll.

Also: turn off auto wiper function. Turn wiper stalk to OFF.
