  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Your main battery cable is loose or disconnected in the battery terminal box.

All the cables are fully tight and nothing is loose but starter doesn’t click anything and also I check all the fuses are fine should I change starter

Before buying a new starter, I'd take the old one out and have it checked by an auto electrical shop. There may even be a place that will rebuild it much cheaper than going to a parts store.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Before pulling that starter or anything else you need to insure the battery is fully charged. You stated the battery was changed? How do you know it has a full charge? You could try a jump start and see if that will work. I do not believe your Genesis lighting up the dash is the same as starting the engine. Some more information as to how the old battery failed would be helpful and the problem now.
