  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

For those of you with Casablanca White, I noticed yesterday that the front bumper color isn't an exact match for the body color on two that I looked at. Are other Casablanca White owners seeing this?

Thanks!

Mine is good, but my 2014 White Santa Fe is noticeably different.

perfect match here

No problems with mine either.

Looking again it isn't the bumper; it's the space in the front between the hood and the bumper (where the front emblem is positioned). On every Casablanca White car I've seen so far, that looks a little darker... or something..

All "plastic" bumpers (and other flexible items)are finished with a flex additive mixed with the paint which sometimes adds a small bit of tint to the intended color. This is quite common. The additive is intended to evaporate after a time and the color should return to its intended hue, or at least closer to it.

I had the same problem with my 2013 Genesis Coupe. Dealer made me take it to a paint specialist and they told me its cause the bumper is plastic compared to the metal body. So that is how it will look. But my friend has the same car/color and his matches perfectly.

In the end it was too much trouble to get stuff like that fix with Hyundai. :(
I had the same problem with a Infiniti G37, they just took the car and repainted it. Also provided me with a loaner.
