Catalytic converter removal

Hey guys,

2009, 4.6. Running a P0420 still, think I might have to replace the cat. Which bolts up to the engine since it's one with the exhaust manifold. What do I have to remove to access the passenger side cat, just the intake/box or is there more?

Did you end up replacing the cat? If you have the old one i will buy it from you. I dont have any manifolds to complete my motor.
