CD Player Jammed

Hello,

Has anyone had a problem with the CDs jammed in the player? I can't eject CDs, I can't load cds, and it won't play.

It happened when I tried to load a cd. It wouldn't take the cd. Then no CDs would work that were already loaded.

I really dread going to the dealer.

Why do you dread going to the dealer? It doesn't sound like you have a choice.
To my recollection, this is a first for this problem.

If you have not read about it before, and it does not come up in search, you are the first one.

I must have the only good dealer around. I never dread visiting his Service Department. They always treat me like a king. Not fancy in there. No donuts. (yes, coffee) however I can see the car, and I trust their Genesis Technician, so I don't even watch him anymore.

Just an update - after the car was shut off and turned back on the next time - it all worked fine. I guess it just needed a reboot!
