Center console dial not working

So my first real problem with this car now. When I turn the dial for anything, it does not change the selection. I can still press it to select the currently highlighted menu and I can still do pgup and pgdn. Anyone had this happen before?

I am taking it to dealer on Monday. Will update with what they say.

Thanks for this link. It seems lot of people had this problem.

I dropped the car at the dealer this morning. They will diagnose and let me know. They gave SantaFe as loaner, and I am glad that Genesis is the first Hyundai's car I drove. If I had ever driven SantaFe before, I probably would not even have considered looking at any other Hyundai car.
