  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

One have any information on how to remove the center console to access airbag module

Not something I would mess with.

What airbag are you referring to? I do not know of any airbag in the center console. and as SGilbert said, I would not mess with airbags.

The module that controls (fires) the airbags, I would expect. It seems like a lot of cars put it there.
If you know what you are doing, they are perfectly safe to "mess" with.

Joegr,
Your sig says you have a 2018 G80. That is no where near a GV80 to which this section of the website is geared to.
FWIW, though, just what are you attempting to accomplish?

I'm sorry, which of my statements do you believe to be untrue for the GV80? I agree that people shouldn't give out false info, so please do let me know where I have gone wrong.

Is there a rule here that you can only comment on the car that you currently own? I guess it would be based on the assumption that you couldn't research or know about other cars. If so, let me know, but I think it would need to be enforced against a lot more than just me.

Joegr---my fault! I thought you were the original poster.
Still wouldn't mess with it; AND, I still wonder what the OP intends to accomplish.
