I bought G80 2018 in January and trying to change ownership using Genesis Owners Homepage | MyGenesis website trough Update Vehicle Ownership form

did it twice already attaching bill of sale and drive licence first time and car title and drive license second time. After submission it said that genesis will contact me. already waiting 3 weeks and nothing happened.

Does anyone know how long change ownership process usually takes and how I can speed up the process?

You may have to go to a dealership and get them to do it. I had to do that on my daughter's Sonata.

I had same issue after sending required documents. Dropped an email to CustomerCare@genesismotorsusa.com
Explained what is going on and provided full name, email, phone, vin# and dealership info. Issue was resolved in 48hrs.
