change seat heaters to seat coolers?

Living in Florida, seat heaters are pointless for me because its hot all year round. is there any way to swap the heaters in the front seats to coolers?
where would i get them and are there any you recommend?

Got the Gen in late '08 and joined here shortly after. Have never seen a thread on that, or a desire to that I recall.
Don't know if things have changed since the '09 MY, but I think the front passenger seat couldn't be cooled even if you wanted to. Something about the air bag weight plate interfering?
