Yesterday at a 350 kWh EA station my charge rate for was around 100 kWh and never exceeded 132 kWh.
Arent those very low numbers considering that the battery SOC was 54% and the battery was at a picture perfect 73 degrees after preconditioning?
I also noticed that the battery was showing 742 volts. Shouldnt it be closer to 800 volts?
Outside temp was upper 40s.

Battery min shows 66.2 degrees. That might have throttled your rate.
 
I'm pretty sure 742 volts is perfectly fine. The voltage varies depending on the SOC.

You didn't mention whether you had the station to yourself. If there are other cars charging, they will share power and each will get reduced amounts. Of course it's also possible that the station had a bad power module which caused it to have less power available.

Also 54% SOC is already high enough that you're definitely not going to get the full 240kw power available at low SOC. EGMP cars have a pretty nice charging curve but they are not flat to 54%. But under the best conditions I think you could get more than 132kw, maybe 150-180? But conditions aren't always best. By preconditioning, you did what you could.

There was another car charging as well.
I took the picture at 54% SOC but the speed was about the same when I plugged in at 30%.
I miss the summer time charge speeds of 200…
 
18C/66F is a cold battery.
As stated previously, an OBD reader is really needed to determine if there is a problem and where it might be.

Correct. I am using the Veepeak with Carscanner.
 
Oh. I thought it was something from a charger.
The parameters I’d like to see are the desire current from the car and the charger’s target rate.
