Cigarette Power Outlet Shortages

I have a 2015 Genesis Tech. Quite shocked at the small number of cigarette lighter ports in the car (for power).

Has anyone run an extension to the back seat, or from the trunk forward? Just curious as I'm looking to add a few ports to the back seat for the kids DVD Player (6 month old).

There is a light in the center console that one might be able to convert to a power source. Someone on here mentioned that they might do that but haven't heard anymore about it.

Next year perhaps Hyundai will do the obvious and put in an upscale looking DC power outlet for the back seat folks.
While Hyundai is at it they should consider moving the aux, usb and 12v socket inputs from the impossible to see or use under dash compartment location to inside the console where there is a bit more room for charging phones and the like. Stick a change holder or put a push button switch in there for the fog lights they forgot to give/offer us V6 folks here in the US. Adult size hands and fingers don't have a good time using that small space.
