  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hello Everyone,

I purchased a 2021 Prestige G70 with a premium color this week and wanted to know what Clear Bra I should go with, or if there is another protection I should purchase other than the ceramic coating (I already had Genesis install it). I am looking for the best protection I can get as I had a Charger before this vehicle and found quickly that no one cares about other peoples paint. I appreciate any feedback I can get and I hope you all have a great day!

I'm using XPEL PPF, expensive but supposedly a very good protection against rock chips etc. The only issue for you is that its recommended you install the PPF before applying ceramic coating since it can go on top of the PPF. I noticed things tend to stick less on my PPF + ceramic than places where I don't have the PPF and only ceramic coating.

I have used XPEL for years on all of our vehicles. I can't recommend it enough. Absolutely love it and highly recommend it. I have done the "front clip" with the entire hood. It can get a little expensive but offers excellent protection.

Yea the Dealership didnt have a clear bra for any car, I am okay with doing a ceramic again if I have too. There is nothing I wont do to preserve the xar as much as I possibly can.
