  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

CNBC piece on Genesis

How do you show a link like above with plain text. By the way, a nice catch. I think it's critical they need separate dealerships. And in today's world, they NEED the 2 SUVs that supposedly are coming soon. According to the link below, it was 6 years before Lexus offered an SUV in their lineup. That was then, now Genesis's timeclock in bringing an SUv to market is way behind if they want to compete as a luxury brand.

Of the thousands who were interested in opening a Lexus dealership, only 121 were chosen back in 1989. When the Acura line was announced, all the Honda dealers thought they would be selling them, but Honda wisely separated the Acura at "birth" from Honda. Well, almost. My wife had a '99 Acura and the windshielded clearly said it was a Honda windshield. My '16 RDX had NO branding for Honda that I found.
