Code P0430 won't go away. Help!

Code P0430 was thrown at me a few months ago , I took it to the dealer and they said it was my exhaust manifold , in bank 2 , so I replaced that , and code is still there ! , and then after that I replaced the downstream O2 sensor and this code is still there ! And I’m not sure what to do if I should get a defouler for my O2 sensor

P0430 can be a bunch of things, including "the catalytic converter is just used up/worn out." How many miles on your car stoli80pr? No way to diagnose it over the internet without a lot more info. But I'll tell you a little story instead.

My daughter's 16 year old Santa Fe has the same code @ 210k miles. Her cats are shot, almost certainly partly (mostly?) plugged as the car bogs a bit at WOT and closed loop fuel trims are otherwise perfect. It only throws the code when she gets beastly with the skinny pedal. I told her not to mat the throttle if she doesn't want to see the code or spend a couple kilobucks to replace the cats. They're a pricy fix on her car since they're integrated into the exhaust manifolds. No inspections where she lives so until the code goes permanent she can live with it... if she chooses to.

Car has 160k miles. The thing that's throwing me is that there's no noticeable bogging down whatsoever. I replaced the spark plugs and air filter. I discovered a small air leak in the intake and fixed it during that process. After I did all that, the code came back quickly. The 1, 3, and 4 plugs were really fouled/dirty before the change. Someone told me to check the O2 sensors, but I don't know how. I know my scan tool has that function, I just don't know what I'm look for.

Not all cats clog when they fail.
