If using openpilot, yes (since openpilot handles the lane change). Standard HDA without the addon comma/openpilot doesn't do the lane changes though. Openpilot is integrated with the blind spot sensors etc too.
Downsides: if using openpilot ACC (which can be enabled/disabled separately from the steering system), you do get an error on the dash for now since its intercepting the AEB system. 100% possible to use the car's built in ACC with the openpilot lane keeping/lane change etc all working too though, and then there is no error. Only appears if you override the cruise control, and not just the steering. If enabled, Openpilot ACC does also use the car's built in/already existing distance sensors too though, works very well.
Openpilot also uses a different driver monitoring setup than stock. Instead of making sure you touch the wheel, it watches your eyes/face and gets mad if you look away from the road much. It can also optionally also monitor steering wheel touches though.
Doubles as a dashcam too... though its not amazing at that particular job, it does work.
