  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I see this mentioned in nearly every thread as a $1,500 rebate if you currently own a competitor model. Everyone makes it sound like it's automatic, but is there any place with specific info like what models qualify and when it expires? I currently own a 2008 Camry V6 and 2008 Pontiac G8 GT. This also stacks with the circle pricing correct?

It will depend on a dealer. Some will include rebate in price and apply it for any car. Some may have a list of qualified cars.
And yes, you should deduct this rebate from the Circle price.
Current rebate expires 8/1 but they will introduce new one starting 8/2.

one local dealer said that our Audi Q5 SUV also qualifies, even though it's not on the list. we just need to give them a copy of registration.
i really think any car would do.

My base Cad. Deville (not DTS or STS) was not specifically on the list. My dealer had to get approval from their Hyundai rep.

I purchased a new 2012 from Fitzgerald and I asked what cars were eligible when I filled out the rebate form. I was told that Hyundai changed the requirement several months ago and no longer have a specific list and that all vehicles qualify with the exception of Hyundai or Kia.

My dealer's list didn't show my Saturn Aura but there was an entry titled "other". All he had to do is call corporate and get their approval.

I got it today with a Ford Ranger and that's about as non-competitive as you can get.
