  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I purchased a 2023 G70 new, with a 100,000-mile powertrain warranty. At about 18,000 miles the rear differential started making loud noises. Genesis replaced it, advising that numerous G70s had been having the same problem. The rear differential started making the noise again at about 30,000 miles and now Genesis will not fix the issue. After doing some research, the G70 has been having the same issue since 2019. The company sell new models with the same rear differential as the older models, knowing the problem exist. The is clear and simple consumer fraud to the customer. Paying for a 100,000-mile warranty the company not honoring that agreement is fraud. I am paying for a service and not receiving any service. In the law enforcement field, this is at the least breach of contract if not conversion of funds without service, which is criminal. What despicable act for a so-called professional company. Anyone have any suggestions.
