I just checked mine and I am getting the same message. This if the first time in three years I have not been able to connect, so I will give this to them. Poop happens.

Agreed. More for information than a ding.
 
Still down for me too as of 5:41 PM CST and it’s 102 here in TX. Not good.

Interestingly, there was an outage kind of similar to this but not as major last year at this time.
 
For the record, owners.genesis.com is down also, so it’s NOT just the mobile app.
 
This is evidently a massive outage - decided to try calling the customer care number, and they're not even taking calls. Recording says all systems are down and that their call center is closed.

9 PM CST it’s back up just used remote start.
 
genesisowners.com still down at 10:30 PM Eastern time.
Just want to check my battery SoC.
 
Looks like the site and the app are both back online. It did ask me to confirm my email address although I had done that previously.

I suggest we use this thread for reports of outages in the future.

I was finally able to use verification for my desktop app. I can now gain access and use of it. My Android app is different. It asks for same verification but then ignores the entered data putting me in verification hell.

Maybe delete and reinstall the Android app

I just cleared cache/storage and logged back in. Works now.
 
Very good suggestions. I signed out, and then re-entered all my information back in. All is good now.
