This may be a dumb question, but I’m fed up trying to get answers from customer support.
I purchased a used 2020 Elite/Prestige G70 and am trying to activate the connected services.
On the site it says my free trial subscription is active, but the car keeps throwing the “Connected Services not active” error when I try to activate from the dashboard.
Has anyone faced this issue and figured anything out? I read somewhere that a reset may help but am nervous about doing that. I did remove the microSD card since I use waze via CarPlay and prefer how the menu works without it - could that impact Connected Services function?
