I own a 2023 GV70 and have a question regarding the use of the key fob to operate the windows. I thought this question might be better suited for a general Genesis audience that the specific sub-forum.
I am aware that the front and second row windows can be opened/lowered by pressing and holding the unlock button on the key fob. It's a great feature I've enjoyed on a few other cars I own. My only complaint is Genesis allows you to open/lower the windows using the key fob, but I have been unable to find a way to close/raise the windows using the key fob.
With my Audi I often realized a window was down or the sunroof is open after I exit the car and I simply press and hold the lock button on the key fob to close all windows including the sunroof. That does not appear to be an option with Genesis.
Is there a way to close the windows with the car off and only using the key fob? I also realize that some Audi's required a OBD tool to unlock the window control using the key fob in the USA, so I wasn't sure if closing windows would need to be 'unlocked' on the Genesis.
