So I purchased Hyundai Genesis 16 from a local hyundai dealership about 4 months ago, it was a CPO with 14k miles on it so still under factory warranty.
I haven't had any passengers in the back seat until the other day, and the left side rear passenger seatbelt has a gash almost halfway through it, like it got cut by a knife. Now, everything else has been fine with car, no issues what so ever in 4months.
So my question is will this fix be covered under warranty, I am really surprised it even passed the inspection because if it was fastened and the car collided head on that seat belt would rip very easily.
Will be calling tomorrow to find out if it's under warranty to be fixed, i would imagine so but any info is appreciated.
