Despite the hand-wringing over poor service at too many Genesis dealerships, the brand fared well in CR's owners satisfaction.




Ranked 6th with 73% of owners willing to purchase another Genesis.

Genesis ranked well on comfort (2nd), driving (5th) and usability (1st).
 
The reality is that most people will go to the dealership for a grand total of 2 times a year for basic services. Some people have had problems and are vocal about it here, but all the members on this board combined are less than the amount of vehicles Genesis sold in the US last year alone.

Infiniti being at the bottom is no surprise, as a brand it has no reason left to exist.

Probably a function of how good the cars are (IMO they are), how often they breakdown, and the activities of good dealers. The bad dealers probably get lost in the statistical shuffle. For example, other than recalls mine has been exemplary for fifteen months and my dealership has been good offering me comparable loaners each time it was in.
