CRC GDI intake valve cleaner

Hello,
I'm planning to use CRC GDI intake valve cleaner on my 2015, 3.8L v6, Genesis soon.

However, since the car does not have a MAF sensor but has a MAP sensor, I assume the car won't throw a code after using CRC.

My question is what is the best location to spray the CRC cleaner into? I heard there is a vacuum line but I'd appreciate if someone can guide me to it or post a picture of it.

Any other suggestions are welocme.

I've started using CRC before my last oil change and plan to give it a treatment before each future oil change. The only issue I've had is getting the engine to remain anywhere near 2000 RPM after taking off the rubber intake hose to spray cleaner into the engine. It appears to affect the engine's ability to hold a steady speed by doing this. When the accelerator is depressed to achieve 2000 RPM it just begins to increase the engine speed immediately and you must release the accelerator pedal and start over.

If there is a vacuum line that could be used it would probably solve this wild RPM issue.

No codes thrown on my 5.0, but it may be different with your 3.8 engine.

Anyone??

Thanks for sharing your experience here. I am pretty sure there is a vacuum line or some sort of an auxiliary port into the intake but i wasn't able to spot it. This was mentioned in another thread here in this forum when I was searching for carbon deposits in GDI engines.
