  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

On loading and unloading (starting, lifting off the gas, shifting) the driver's side suspension makes some creaking noise.
Service said they heard it but thought it was normal and could be break pads shifting or other...
It has gotten to be more consistent and if loading or unloading period is longer the creak is longer. Its almost like an old bed-spring sound.

Anyone experience anything like it? The car is going back to the shop in a couple weeks for oil change. I'll mention it again, but curious if this has come up before?

There is a TSB for creaking in the rear quarter panel. You might search for that.

Frankly speaking there can be lots of reasons for this...better option for you will be to get it to mechanic and get this thing fixed.

If "service" heard it, did nothing or implied it was normal- find a new dealer.
The absence of noise is normal- creaking, squeaks- those need a fix.
