Learned something new yesterday. If you turn off the traction and stability control you cannot use cruise control. Message comes up as "SCC parameters not met"

As stated in the 3rd bullet in the left column, the cruise control is disabled when ESC is turned off. What I have found during reading this area today is an eye opener. See the 3rd snapshot below.
