  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I prefer the stock colors, but I know that others like to customize.

Too ostentatious for this car. As a one off SEMA vehicle it makes sense. As a daily driver, with chrome wheels, it's too over bearing.

The general rule is when you custom paint a car you are doing it for yourself, and it will limit your resale audience.

Put it this way. If I saw it coming down the highway with dubs I'd say..... "Check out that tricked out Genesis!"

I wouldn't buy one with that paint job though. You see a lot of two tone Chrysler 300 that are all dub'd out.

I kinda like it. But I like being different....That's why I bought a Genesis to begin with. : )

That is simply horrible. Nuff said.

I actually like it...

Welcome! We need to get a classified section going here...

If the OP doesn't mind some criticism, I think it the colors don't go well together at all.
Looks like someone dipped in a silver car into a black paint bucket.
Not my cup of tea. Sorry. :(

OP, I like the way the grille was integrated and where the painter cut the line, but have to agree with Nearwater - the colors just don't seem to gel. May be a red/black would've been better? Dunno. Overall, I'm torn. I applaud the effort to differentiate your product, though.

I like it but I like to different. Would go well in LA but not well in small convervative town. Non stock wheels would help it sell faster but thenyou might want to keep it on the floor to bring in the customers.

Personally, I don't like it but maybe some other color combination or different division lines between colors would make it OK.
