  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I plan to get custom plates and will post mine up as soon as I have them secured here in the cheese State. I spent alot of time including some sleepless nights thinking about mine, lol

Let's here what other GC owner's are doing!

Honestly, I doubt I'll get "vanity plates" on any car I own.

I used to have a couple ideas for them I thought would be cool, but I don't like how it makes you a little TOO easy to remember. I mean, think about scenarios like this:

A cop pulls you over for speeding and thinks you're a typical "punk in a sports car" who probably speeds all the time. Well, with that custom plate, he or she is going to EASILY remember you. So even weeks or months later, if you run across them again, they'll immediately think "I better keep an eye on THAT car!"

With a regular plate, nobody is going to remember yours very long after seeing it. Seems like a good thing to me.
