  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I found a 2012 Genny 4.6 in Naples, FL with a custom stainless steel cross wire front grill. I thought it really looked sharp. See attachment. The dealer didn't know where the original owner got it from and the car has since sold. Has anyone seen where you can get one?

500 bucks for a mesh grill? No thanks. But then again, I don't like the look of it. Seems everyone has a grill like that.

Yes that does look like a E&G. I have one on mine (which I bought used and it was already installed) and I like the way it looks. <G> Yes it is over $500 plus installation. There are actually two grills, an upper and lower. Probably over $1000 installed. I wouldn't spend that much but I'm glad it was installed. If I did everything right, a picture will display in my signature that shows it off.

No offense but I really don't like it.

Hmm yeah not feeling the upper grill.
Lower might look ok if it was painted body color.

I won't spend the money for it because it's too expensive and I don't have any issues with the stock grill, however, I do think it looks pretty cool. I'm talking about the single piece mesh grill....... not the split grill..... that's yucky!

Fortunately, I didn't have to pay for it. Although, I like the mesh, the more i see it, the more glaring it looks against the black. I'm thinking about having it powdercoated black or black chrome. Maybe black mesh with a black chrome surround.
