  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hi, I cannot get this site to activate my registration,
http://ccc.hyundai-motor.com/servlet/ccc.login.CccLoginServlet
It's called Customer Care Center, CCC.

I tried contacting Hyundai in Korea but their email activation never works.

I contacted Hyundai UK who tell me it is for the trade only, and customers cannot access it.

So I'm thinking it is called, for a reason, Customer Care Center, like it's a site for customers?

Has anyone here on these forums registered for this site and gained access?

cheers
Nick

What exactly are you looking for or hope to gain from that site?

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
As an engineer., I like to trawl around and look at the engineering behind the car. Also to get a better understanding of how the car works. There are also, for example, wiring diagrams which helped install a woofer in my Sonata. They also cover recalls and the like. I was also rather hoping to download the firmware for the AV centre, as Mine is misbehaving and I would like to reload the software. Also, if the software was updated, I could update without waiting a year to do this at the service, etc, etc. It would basically more freedom to enjoy the car.

We can get access to this type of info (parts lists, wiring diagrams, recalls, tsb's, etc.,) on this site in the USA (but no firmware downloads) - If you pay for it!
