Dash Cam

Anyone using a dash cam in their Genie? If so, where is it mounted and is it 'hard wired' so it stops and starts with the ignition? Looking for the best one available since my wife said she would buy it for me for Christmas!

I have two Mobius dash cams in my Genny. One in front and another one in the back. Bought them on Amazon. [ame="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GT2B4R6/"]http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GT2B4R6/[/ame]

Both cams are not hard wired, but plugged into 12v power hub via USB-to-12v adapters and they start when car is started and they stop 10 seconds after engine is stopped. Here are the pics of the rear cam. I made custom mount for the rear cam myself.

In my opinion Mobius is the best cam for the money.

I will post pictures of the front cam later.

Watch the videos in 1080p if possible - that's the way to see the actual quality - I'm able to pause these videos and read most license plate numbers. Of course, YouTube compresses the crap out of their videos, so what you're seeing is not as good as what I have saved on my computer.

Couldn't be happier with the Itronics. Good luck... make sure you post your install and pics/videos after!
