Death Screen on G80

The screen shot of dead screen video after start up. The radio is on and sound is clear, can't make any changes with media buttons.

This occurred a few weeks back and now twice in 4 days. Anyone else have similar issues?

what version of the firmware are you on? I had this issue back with 11.5 and 12.0 I'm on 13.5 now and haven't had the issue since 12.5


for me pushing the reset button above the CD slot always brought it back.

13.5 is the mapnsoft version designation not the map version. https://www.mapnsoft.com/hyundai/mapcare/pub/media/wysiwyg/manuals/HMA_New_Map_Features_131S5.pdf

yours is version 13.0 based on that screen shot. 13.5 came out in October.

I've looked at my versions and nothing matches 13.0 or 13.5. I'm still waiting for MapNSoft to get my car added so I can even see what's available.

So how do those long version numbers that show on the car display map to the 13.0 or 13.5 versions?
