Definition of "New Posts" here...

Is a new post here one that I've already seen WITHOUT anyone else adding to it? I see posts here and then comment on the thread, only to then NOT see it under "New Posts" seconds later.

I think new posts are ones you personally haven’t read or posted too, once you open them and then go back to new posts they are no longer on your list because you accessed it. So until someone replies to it it won’t show again on your new posts link.


Everyone’s new post link is going to show different posts based on what that person has or has not accessed.

Mr. I is correct. You won't see your reply unless someone else replies to the thread and brings it up again as "new"
