Did your Genesis agent tell you when it reached the port? how long was that from when you received your VIN

Yeah I was after the agent like anything cause I was waiting since over 2 months and he told me when it reached the port however he didn't give me the VIN beforehand as he was too busy to update the online genesis portal so he just rang me up with the good news

Hi…..I’m new here and took delivery of my 2023 GV70 last week. Couldn’t find a trailer hitch so had the dealer install the OEM class 3 hitch and it’s UGLY!!! Serves a purpose and works well but for CAD$1100 installed price you would think Genesis would make on that is half hidden. Takes away the look of the vehicle, which is a strong point for most buyer.

Love the GV70, but I’ll remove the hitch and hopefully find a Draw-tite or something to replace it. Anyone had any luck in finding something??

DrawTite is what you have there now. You need a CURT. And yes, I can't believe Hyundai chose the ugliest one available. Ha ha. I'd do exactly the same. I recently installed a Curt on my new 2022 Santa Fe Calligraphy (wife liked it better than the GV70), and you only see the receiver; MUCH better than the awful tube showing as well. The best place to buy is eTrailer, IMO (no affiliation). Good luck.

EDIT: Hey, looked for it for you, and at least for the moment, only that abomination of DrawTite shows up, so you might have to wait until Curt comes up with theirs, which I'm sure they're already working on it. You might want to give them a call. Or call eTrailer. Good luck.
