  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Just Bought a Titanium 4.6 with Tech package this past week. I ordered on ebay replacement badges to include the rear badge, steering wheel sticker (I will see how it looks before ordering an airbag, and wheel cap replacement. I ordered ones listed for the 18 inch wheels but I see some websites are showing two different versions of the 18 inch wheel caps with Genesis logo. Is there a more "dressed up" one for the V8? Will the ones i ordered fit? Will they look stupid?

Also, any word on a badge for the front that does not require drill holes or removing the protruding tabs?

Thanks!

the tabs come off in 2 minutes if you you small wire cutters, toe clippers etc.

The badges are official Hyundai OEM parts for the Genesis sold in Korea. The Genesis hoods in Korea have the holes to match the badge, hence the Genesis winged badges will always have the tabs.

A lot of people use a dremel tool to cut them off. Great excuse to buy one of these versatile tools if you don't have one.
