Difference between 2011 and 12?

So I am trying to decide on my next car. I am trying to stay under 32k. I love tech and a nice ride. I am trying to decide between the genesis and the Optima.
I want a 2012 Genesis, but it does not fit in my price range when it has the tech package. I found a 2011 for 32800. If it has the selector nob that means it has all the packages right? Is there that much difference between the 2011 and 12?
The Optima has so much more tech and is really nice, but feels a little cheep. So it is probably between a used 2012 Optima SX or a 2011 Genesis.
Other cars like the Regal are nice too, but just seem lacking...

This is what I can recall.

1. 2011 has chrome interior door handles , silver on 2012
2. 2011 has backup lights on top of brake lights. 2012 backup light is in center of the red area.
3. 2011 exhaust is piped under bumber and is stainless steel. 2012 the exhaust tip is intergrated into the bumber and what you see is a fake tip.
4. 2011 the exterior trim around the side windows is chrome. for 2012 the trim is silver.
5. 2012 has a lane departure system. the 2011 does not.
6. 2011 4.6 has a 6 speed german made ZF transmission, 2012 has 8 speed Hyundai built tranny.
7. Front headlights on 2012 have a nice accent light.
8. Front grill is a little more heavy looking on 2012.

I'm guessing you're looking at a V6. If so, the 2012 has about 40 more horsepower and gets better fuel economy. The 2012 models get a new 8 speed transmission.
