  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I have a 2015 that i purchased about a year ago. Had an issue with left front directional signal almost immediately. Changed the bulb but still didn't work. Went back in and basically moved it around looking foa a problem. Nothing obvious so dropped the hood. Light was then working. Good for this past year or so until two weeks ago. Stopped working for a couple days and the worked for a few days. Then stopped again. Replaced bulb again but wouldn't work. Replaced small harness but still not working. Anybody???

You could take it to the dealer, or a trustworthy local auto shop. Also, a local car stereo shop might be able to help. They do lots of vehicle electrical wiring, including lighting, alarms and cameras. In the end, though, if you need the whole unit replaced the dealer may be the best option.

is the socket fried? if so try cleaning it for better contact or replace the socket. test voltage at socket for 12 volts

You're going to end up replacing the bulb like every 3 months. I had to replace my socket to one that has 2 connectors at the bottom and upgraded to a led system cause it kept burning my bulbs.
