  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Seems the fan speed decreases automatically when on a phone call, I understand why they think this is a convenience, but what if I don't want that to happen? Is there a setting in the menu for me to disable? I have looked and can't find one...seems a lot of newer rental cars I've been also do this, and those other brands also do not have a way to disable this...kind of silly to assume the customer would always want this "feature" on.

I assume that you can manually adjust the fan speed while you are on a call if it is a problem. My experience is that if it is hot enough, the fan speed comes back up after a minute or so. Even in this hot climate, it hasn't been a problem for me (though I don't use the phone much while driving).

sure manual adjustment works, but thats so 2006! The last thing I want to do while driving my nice car, focusing on a phone call and driving at the same time is play with the fan speed. They obviously have that capability in software, so why not just give the user an option/checkbox?
