  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Has anyone here leased or purchased a loaner G70?

I'm trying to gauge how much of a discount the dealers are usually giving out on their 2019 G70 loaners. At the moment, I'm doing some rough comparison shopping on New G70's but it's hard to determine how much is typically taken off the top for a loaner.

It's especially tricky now since there are New 2019 G70's being sold for the same price as Used 2019 G70's given the current rebates and the 2020's hitting the lots.

I leased a 2019 loaner 2.0 Elite with 5K miles a couple of months ago. MSRP was 41K and got it for about 28K. The dealer gave me a 7k discount plus the 6k lease cash incentive at the time.
Good luck and hopefully you can find a good deal. The G70 is an awesome car!

2019 3.3t with Elite package loaner was listed at 39k. I went back and forth for a few days and the dealer wouldn't budge. It qualified for 6k lease cash so if I were to lease it cap cost would have been around 33k. But the residual was pretty low so my monthly was around $430 for 36/15k so I passed..
