Discovered Something Missing

But I'm not complaining about it. Because I will be leaving on a road trip in a few days, I went to install the clothes hanger bar, across the seats, between the rear side windows. Well, to my surprise, there is a hanger hook in the left side grab handle, but none on the right side grab handle.

No problem, I'll just run the bar through the right side grab handle, and hook it to the left side hook.

It's a safety issue. Things should hang behind the driver only. If they hang on the right side they would obstruct the drivers view.

None of the car's that I've driven had a cloth hook on the right side handle bars. I think its missing on purpose.

I hang a bar from one side to the other. Although stuff I hang are all on the left side, just behind the driver, I still like the bar going across.

Like I said, I just hook the right side of the bar through the right side grab handle. Works just fine. This is the first car I've had that only had the hook on the left side.
