Do Hyundai vehicles have Clear Flood Mode?

Some cars have what is known as "clear flood mode" that allows you to crank the engine without starting it by fully depressing gas pedal when starting. It'll cut off fuel to prevent the engine from starting. People use this feature to fill an empty oil filter after oil change. This design is intended to clear excess fuel from a flooded engine. Does Hyundai have this feature?

Floor it to start

I have to floor my 2012 Elantra to start it if I don’t it just cranks with no fire. Once i floor it and start it I need to high idle for about 10 seconds and then everything is fine, drives reverse etc.
