I would start by checking battery and alternator to be sure I was gettin proper voltage and had good grounds. Beyond that, I don't know.

Considering you have 0 rpm, the engine is not on. Those are startup lights.

Had same issue. Make sure it is checked. My issue caused 2012 Genisus to eventually stop. Alternator was replaced and corrected the problem
