  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hello all, does OEM 18 fit on 5.0 genesis?

I have a 2013 genesis 5.0 and someone from local is selling a set of 18s from 2015, I would like to know if the 18s would fit. I'm doing it for ride comfort not for looks, thank you.

Are those staggered rims?

So long as your bolt pattern is 5-114-3 you should be good to go.

5.0's have larger front brakes... might be a clearance issue since 19's are OEM.

do you know for sure or are you just saying that? I need for sure answer not a "might"

Wouldn't just be "saying that". Front brake discs are usually larger in diameter on the more powerful variant of the same car. Something else that needs to be checked.

I read elsewhere that someone can fit it, and then there are people say that it cannot be fit...so I want to make sure if people are just assuming rather than knowing for sure.
