Does the AC blower fans work when the car is just powered but engine is not on

My Car was getting repaired at the dealership today and they cannot get to start the AC .
They power up the car (without starting it) and expect the blowers to work . The clock light is on - means power is coming to it . They did not touch the AC system , and were replacing the antenna module behind the touch screen panel.

They have ordered replacement part - 97250-B1150-4X - which i think is the entire unit for control in the dash.

Lets see if they figure out something.

I am worried now . They had to replace this part .



But they ended up messing the entire AC unit .

If the car start button is pushed with out the foot in pedal - does it go to ACC or ON mode ?
I could not see exactly what the technicians were doing ... i hope they know.

They were supposed to swap the bluelink module and give me the car back . 2 - 3 - 4 hours later they said there is some other part we need so we need the car for tomorrow aswell .

On probing further and pressing them to see the car - the technician said the ac unit is not working . He said he did not do anything to the ac unit but they will try and replace it tomorrow (if parts come)

I could see that when the power was up - there was -- degrees in the dash. Meaning the car was not even reading the room temperature.

No foot on brake. First press ACC. Second press ON

Foot on brake first press starts car and skips ACC

It took 15 days to get the new AC unit . Its finally replaced .
AC started to work today.

AC started to work today.

Glad it's working, but damn what a wait. My wife's 2015 AC had an issue and a part had to be replaced (the air would blow cold then the cool air would stop but still be blowing), but it only took a couple of days to fix.
