  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I have a stock 22' G70 (With the new face lift) in Sports Prestige in Siberian ice 3.3 RWD model. Are these even selling anymore? I have 46k on the ticker, and I'm trying to find out how much they're selling for. Looking at auto trader/car gurus/ these forums, it seems that they're a hard sale anything high 30's/40's. Looking at actual sold prices, but of course, I can't find any info. Are there any websites that exist that'll help me on my research? Thank you!

You can try with an online buyer like Carvana, to have an idea what would be the most you'd get from a dealer. But most likely less than that. If not too much less, you could do better with the tax differential (if it applies in your state). But I was very disappointed to see just $33K for my immaculate '23 2.0T SP with only 7K miles. And I like it a lot, so not buying the LC500 I was after, since I just can't justify letting it go for that, and putting $60K+ for the other, just for a V8 (and 600 lbs more). Will just get Michelin Primacy A/Ss so I can safely use it in cold weather too.

Get your car appraised by Carmax, Vroom, Carvana, etc. Average them up, then add $3k to $5k. That should give you a good idea of a rough range.

Answer all of the questions at KBB.com and it will give you both the trade-in value and the private sale value of your vehicle. When I bought my G70 I traded in a 2009 Prius and used the KBB site. The numbers I got were right on the money for what I received for the trade.

We bought our 21 3.3 Sport Prestige w/ 26k miles from Vroom back in late Nov. for $35k, it was in immaculate condition. Vroom is no longer buying or selling cars and Carvana is on the verge of bankruptcy from what I've been reading. For your 22 w/ 46k miles I would say in the 35-37k range if yours is in great condition. Depends on your local market too, don't expect much if you trade in, probably only give you $30k give or take.

I'd just keep it and have fun!

I just bought a 2022 3.3T with Sport Prestige package. 43K and change on the odometer. I paid 36.5K including dealer fees. With my state taxes it came out to about 38K total. The color and interior were not easy to find anywhere near me. I had an 8 hour round trip to buy this car.

The used market has tanked a lot in the last few months, my 2019 52k MSRP is worth 20k w no accidents 71,150miles. Luckily I bought it new for 40k @1.9%intersts. Try CarMax and use the voucher they give you at whatever dealership as bargaining power.
