  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Not sure where to post this. Is there a way to set it so that when you push the button on the exterior of the door handle once it unlocks all the doors, not just the driver's door?

Also, is there a way to have the doors unlock as you approach along with the mirrors folding out?

1. Double push the button for all doors. It is actually a safety feature to ensure security if needed.

2. No.

Disable the "Two Press Unlock" setting in the cluster and all four doors will unlock with a single push of the button on the handle.

Is that in the menu of the little screen between the gauges?

Is there a way to have all doors unlock when putting in park? I occassionaly need to get something out of the back seat and the door is locked. I'll have to open the front door and press the unlock button..

That's definitely an option. I set mine to do that. I believe it's in the menu in the gauge cluster.

Don't see it, only option for two press unlock.
Should be in there. I have the G80 and it is set to work that way as did every other Hyundai/Genesis I've owned.
From the G80 manual
Shift lever auto door lock
All doors will be automatically locked
when shifting the shift lever out of P
(Park) with the engine running.
You can activate or deactivate the
Auto Door Lock/Unlock features from
the User Settings Mode on the LCD
display.
For more details, refer to "LCD
Display" in this chapter.

• Off: The auto door unlock operation will be canceled.
• Power Off: All doors will be automatically unlocked when the Engine Start/Stop button is set to the
OFF position.
• Shift Lever: All doors will be automatically unlocked if the automatic transmission shift lever is
shifted to the P (Park) position.

Not sure if the G70 has this setting, can it unlock only the driver side door when car is turned off? I had this feature on my '16 Tucson. Right now it just unlocks all the doors when the car shuts off.

G70 has it. Mine does it. It's in the middle gauge settings.

I think you have to disable 2 press unlock if you want all doors to unlock when shifting to Park otherwise the rear remains locked.

I will have to check the settings today...
