  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I just bought a new phone, a Pantect P6020 Swift. I was able to pair it with my 2012 4.6 Genesis. But when I try to download the phone book I get a message: "The connected phone does not support phone book downloads". Is there any way I can download without adding them one by one?

Appreciate your help,

Marty

Is there any one out there who can help me?

That's not a "smartphone". It only supports Bluetooth handsfree profile, no address book profile.

It did support my Motorola Razr and that was not a smartphone.

Take the phone back and get a compatible one.

Correct, but Motorola Razrs were "premium" phones back when they came out and had more bells and whistles. Pantech has never made anything but value phones. Long and short of it is that your phone doesn't support Bluetooth address books, it's not a problem with the car.
